Our school was built around the real World for real working people. As such we have absolutely no time limits or deadlines. Take 12 months or 12 years to complete your studies. Some schools will start charging you extension fees if you do not complete in a certain time frame. We never ever treat our valued students like that. 

Also you do not need to travel to attend classes or workshops or meetings. We are 100% online so everything can be done from the comfort of your own home - or anywhere you want to login from.

Just because we are an online school, it doesn't mean we are not a real company of real people, and we are here to walk with you through your studies. Studying online does not mean that you are just left alone in the wilderness. It just means study is convenient for you. 

You will never be alone when you study with us. Firstly we have a whatsapp group so our staff and your fellow students will be right there in your pocket to connect to whenever you want. We also have monthly live sessions where we all meet up and connect online and talk all things nutrition. 

Then, most importantly, 1 to 1 tutor support is just 2 button clicks away whenever you need it, as much as you need it. There is no such thing as a silly question and there is no limit as to how much support you get from us. We are there whenever you need us. 

Who We Are

A globally renowned nutrition school, with students and graduates on every continent. Formerly known as 'The Culinary Medicine College', we were founded in 2016 by Dale Pinnock - AKA 'The Medicinal Chef'. Dale is a double degree and post grad trained nutritionist with 30 years in the industry, and has become one of it's most trusted voices. 

Joined by a teaching team of doctors, clinicians, researchers, lecturers and academics, Dale set out to create a school that would provide degree standard training in nutritional medicine, without the time commitment and oppressive financial commitment of a degree programme.
